Audit
partner in charge of all engagements of the firm since
becoming
a partner in 1999. Prior to that time, served
as the manager of these engagements for the firm. Approximately
eight
years experience with current and former clients on all
financial statement engagements of the firm during that
time including a wide-range of audit, accounting, and consulting
experience. Specialties include: business advisory services
for large and small companies in a wide-range of industries,
financial reporting system installation and consultation,
bankruptcy assistance, and fraud examination.
Specific
training in audits of employee benefit programs and
non-profit
entities which represent the only “specialized
industries” of the firm. Additional specialized training
in fraud examination.
Eight years experience as Chief Financial Officer for
holding company involved in aircraft modification and leasing,
oil and gas operations, real estate and investments
